Protein bars: My results after 7 months | Pictures & facts

Here is a short summary of all the different types of protein bars I have reviewed. This is a very comprehensive list. Protein Bars - A good choice if you're a powerlifter or just need protein. These are high in protein, but not as high in carbs as a regular bar. They have a decent amount of carbs. I tend to get 2-3 scoops for $2-$3, depending on the brand. For the money, you are getting a good amount of protein and a lot of carbs. I usually get about 1-2 scoops. You can find them at most health food stores and a few grocery stores, but you might have to look for a store near the gym. Just remember, if you have the money, you can get better protein, so look for that.

6. Protein Powder

This is a good product to have on hand when the gym is busy. The taste is so great and you can easily switch it out for any other flavors you are in the mood for. It is a great way to boost your protein intake.

5. Whey

This is a protein powder made with whey protein. This powder will help you gain muscle and gain lean body mass.
